    • Hybrid apparatus for drying compressed gas and comprising an adsorption dryer with a first column (160) and a second column (170) containing adsorbing material that are connected to each other through conduction means (12, 13) to a respective compressed gas inlet, and outflow means (180, 190) for the dried gas from said two columns, first diverting means (10) suitable to convey the compressed gas toward and through said first column and alternatively toward and through said second column, second diverting means suitable to convey toward a downstream connected device the compressed gas coming from said first column or from said second column, in which are arranged the command and control means to implement, alternatively, an adsorption cycle and a regeneration cycle that includes, for each column, an initialization phase, a gas exhausting phase, a regeneration phase, a cooling and pressurization phase, and in which the initialization phase comprises the determination of an overall assigned time within which the total of the subsequent phases must be maintained; the regeneration phase comprising a step of tapping the gas from the first column and feeding it into the second column, wherein the gas fed into the second column is previously heated. The apparatus also comprises heating means connected to said second diverting means and suitable to operate during the regeneration phase.
