摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Beatmungssystem für die künstliche Beatmung eines Patienten (Pt). Eine Inspirations-Fluidführungseinheit (30) verbindet ein Beatmungsgerät (1) mit einer patientenseitigen Koppeleinheit (9). Ein Steuergerät (4) ermittelt ein Maß für einen Netto-Inspirations-Volumenfluss, den das Beatmungsgerät (1) erzeugt und der durch die Inspirations-Fluidführungseinheit (30) hindurchfließt. Abhängig vom Netto-Inspirations-Volumenfluss steuert das Steuergerät (4) ein Inspirations-Anzeigeelement (40) an der Inspirations-Fluidführungseinheit (30) an. Das angesteuerte Inspirations-Anzeigeelement (40) zeigt in einer visuell wahrnehmbaren Weise zwei Indikatoren an, nämlich einen Indikator für den ermittelten Netto-Inspirations-Volumenfluss und einen Indikator für die Fließrichtung durch die Inspirations-Fluidführungseinheit (30) hindurch.
