摘要： The present invention relates to an arrangement (1), which can be readily manoeuvred by an operator (0) and which comprises a power unit (IA) driven by combustion engine (10) on a rotatable driven shaft, a coupling unit (11) co-ordinated on one side with said driven shaft and on the other side with a tool unit (IB), either directly or indirectly. A fluid pum¬ ping unit (12) is co-ordinated directly with said coupling unit (11) and the coupling unit (11) is adapted to be disconnected or free running relatively to the pumping unit (12) when the power unit (IA) runs at an idling speed and to be connected relative to or driving the pumping unit (12) at a speed that exceeds said idling speed, therewith to create a fluid- related hydraulic pressure that, through the medium of pressure line, causes tool unit (IB) via an hydraulic piston-cylinder-device (22) to switch from a first initially inactive state to a second active state in which a fastener clip is displaced to or from a fastening position. The tool unit (IB) includes a first coupling element (31) in a first two-part coupling means (30) adapted for co-action with a second coupling element (32) related to a manoeuvring lever (1C).

The cylinder-piston group (9) comprises a cylinder body (10) and a sliding piston (11) housed within the cylinder body (10) and moveable with respect to the cylinder body (10) under the action of pressurised fluid. At least one first (12, 14) and second (13, 15) stop surfaces interact in such a manner as to form a stop device (16, 17) for stopping the lever (2, 3) in a defined position with respect to the frame (4), wherein the stop surfaces are formed, the one (12, 14) on the piston (11) and the other (13, 15) on the cylinder body (10) of said cylinder-piston group (9).
