摘要： A comminution reactor includes an inlet chamber, one or more processing chambers, and a discharge chamber. Each chamber includes a rotor, and the chambers are separated by split divider plates. The reactor is designed with assemblies comprising portions of the reactor walls and divider plates which rotate open to allow access to the inside of the reactor, including the shaft and attached rotors. The design of the rotors and vortex generators on the reactor walls direct the flow, optimize comminution, and minimize wear on the apparatus.

摘要： A vertical shaft impact crusher comprises a rotor for accelerating a first flow of material to be crushed, a first feed means for feeding the first flow of material to the rotor, a housing against which the accelerated first flow of material may be crushed, and a second feed means for feeding a second flow of material to be crushed into the path of the accelerated first flow of material. The second feed means comprises an inner hopper (8) and an outer hopper (10). 摘要： An impact mill (100) including a base portion on which is disposed a rotor (3) rotatably mounted in a bearing housing, the rotor having an upwardly aligned cylindrical surface portion coaxial with the rotational axis. The impact mill includes a mill casing within which is located a conical track assembly (5) surrounding the rotor to form a conical grinding path. The mill casing includes a downwardly aligned cylindrical collar (11) which may be axially adjusted to set a grinding gap (S) between the rotor and the mill casing. The rotor includes a plurality of impact knives complementary with a plurality of impact knives disposed on the inside top surface of the mill casing. The conical track assembly (5) can be a series of assembled conical sections or one unit with varied number of serrations in either a vertical or sloped configuration. This flexibility allows for greater compatibility with the feedstock being milled.
