摘要： A method of controlling a three-phase induction motor in which a primary current is formed as a current command by taking all of the constants of an induction motor (d) into consideration to obtain a linear output torque with respect to the torque command (Tm), and a voltage is detected at a DC link portion to change the excitation flux command based upon the DC voltage (V). Therefore, the output can be maintained constant irrespective of changes in the power source voltage. Provision is further made of a power factor adjusting means (q) to adjust the phases of the voltage and current of the AC power source side during the regenerative braking operation, so that the reactive power decreases.

Here, if a reactive component of armature winding current is denoted by Ib, an inductance of the armature winding by L, a constant of counter electromotive force of the synchronous motor by K,, and a constant derived from the number of poles of the synchronous motor by K 2 , the value of reactive component Ib of the armature winding current is restricted such that the product of K 2 , L and Ib will not exceed the value of K 1 . Relying upon this restriction, the degrees of saturation of a differential signal between a current instruction signal defined by a peak value in the reference carrier wave and the armature winding current is detected, and the phase of the current instruction signal varies depending upon the saturation degree from a phase where the armature winding current intersects the main flux of magnetic field at right angles, thereby to control the synchronous motor by controlling the inverter by pulse width-modulated signals while preventing the output from decreasing.
