摘要： A secure lock for container packaging with a flexible retaining lip of various formations for sealing against material product flow distributions with the secure seal preventing tampering of, for example, a flexible walled container of material such as a medication, food stuff or art material. A resistant secure lock is provided which in one embodiment meets Federal Child Safety Standards providing a seal of flexible locking and unlocking which is resistant to a child's tampering. In one embodiment, a tamper resistant seal is formed for a squeezable container cap with a flexible hinging structure connecting a cap to a cap receptor base structure of a container to prevent a material product such as medicine from dispensing without disengaging the seal selectively to allow access to an aperture, yet with a directed flexion of a lip or head, the seal simply unsnaps from a tamper resistant state to release the flow of product through an aperture from a container.

摘要： A dispenser bottle and associated closure has a sifter (22) disposed in the neck thereof, either in the form of castellated vents (24) formed in the interior peripheral edge of the neck or a separate sifter element. A rotatable cap (14) is positioned over the sifter. The cap has holes (16) that align with the vents or holes (24) in the sifter to dispense material from the bottle. A removable lock ring (18) is removeably conjoined to the cap to evidence tampering. One embodiment employs a squeeze tab (154a,b) that is depressed to open the bottle thereby increasing the dexterity required for opening. Another embodiment employs a rotatable sifter that must be held by one hand while the cap is held and rotated relative to the sifter by the other hand. A detent provides resistance to opening.

Cap (1) has an inner skirt (3) with H (10) is a screw thread (4) which co-operates with a screw threaded neck (11) of the container, and a sprung outer skirt (5) which surrounds inner skirt (3). Container (10) has a locking ring (15) with two slots (16,17); cap (1) has two lugs (7,8) which engage in slots (16,17) when the cap (1) is fully screwed on to the container (10) and the outer skirt is in a first, rest position thereby preventing the cap from being unscrewed. Outer skirt (5) can be moved to a second, stressed position in which lugs (7,8) disengage from slots (16,17) to allow partial unscrewing until lugs (7,8) are aligned with the opposite slot (17,16). The resilient component of the outer skirt (5) urges it back to the first, rest position and lugs (7,8) pass through slots (16,17) due to axial movement of inner skirt (3) during the partial unscrewing. Thereafter cap (1) can be fully unscrewed from the container.
