    • A method and a system for switching a voice service between different networks as well as a Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) are disclosed herein. The CPE includes: a switching control module, configured to determine the mode of transmitting voice and switch between the fixed network and the mobile network; a terminal service processing module; a wireless service processing module; a wired service processing module; and a central service processing module, configured to: receive the event information sent by the terminal service processing module, or the wireless service processing module, or the wired service processing module; perform operations indicated in the event information; and send event information for controlling one or more of the following modules: the terminal service processing module, the wireless service processing module, and the wired service processing module. The embodiments of the present invention enable free switching of a voice service between the mobile network and the fixed network, and reduce the risks of voice transmission failure caused by faults in a network.

    • A call control method, an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) circuit-switched (CS) control apparatus, and a terminal device are disclosed. The call control method includes these steps: a terminal device and a second party set up a call through a CS call leg set up between the terminal device and an IMS CS control function (ICCF) and a second call leg set up between the ICCF and the second party; and the ICCF receives a media type change request, and rejects the change of media type for the call between the terminal device and the second party if more than one session is available on the terminal device. Embodiments of the present invention avoid call failure upon session transfer due to the change of media type in the prior art, thus improving the reliability and stability of session transfer.

    • A method, application server (AS) and system for implementing third-party control services. In the present invention, a service subscriber already sets up a call relation, and the AS handling the service acts as a back-to-back user agent (B2BUA) and resides in the call signaling path; the service subscriber originates an operation of the third-party control service; the AS receives the service operation information which contains a first dialog identifier and a third party identifier of the call, and locates a first dialog that corresponds to the first dialog identifier and needs to be redirected according to the B2BUA mechanism; according to the third party identifier, the AS redirects the first dialog that needs to be redirected, thus finishing the service processing. The invention implements the CONF service and the ECT service even if the MGCF does not support the SIP REFER message, thus simplifying the service implementation process and facilitating service promotion.
