    • The present invention improves the shape of a yarn path to reduce the load on a yarn to increase a winding speed, while still preventing the tension breakage of the yarn and an increase in the amount of fluffs. An automatic winder includes a magazine type bobbin housing device 20, a holding device 3 for yarn supplying bobbins 4, and a bobbin chute 24 that guides a bobbin 4 falling from the bobbin housing device 20 to the holding device 3. The holding device 3 is provided with a first pawl 31 and a second pawl 32 which operate as holding means for the bobbins 4 and rotative moving shafts 33 and 34 which rotatively move both pawls 31 and 32. A bottom guide 24b of the bobbin chute 24 is adapted to be pivotable with respect to a main body 24a. Accordingly, when the bobbin chute 24 is closed, a path is formed through which the falling bobbin 4 is guided. Rotatively moved positions of the first pawl 31 include a position at which the first pawl 31 receives the bobbin 4 from the bobbin housing device 20, a position at which the first pawl 31 holds the bobbin during a winding operation, and a position at which the first pawl 31 discharges the bobbin to a side of a frame 2 (Fig. 1).

    • A method of manufacturing large thin wall ceramics board includes pulverizing and uniformly mixing, in dry content conversion, plasticity clay in an amount of 30-40% by weight, wollastonite having an aspect ratio of more than 10 in an amount of 20-50% by weight, and feldspar and talc in an amount of 10 50 % by weight to form a mixture. The mixture is added with a solution having a 16-21% weight of the weight of this mixture. The solution has 10% by weight of a paraffin emulsion. The clay-like composition is extruded with a vacuum kneading machine to form a cylindrical shape. The extruded clay-like composition is made into dough board compact of desired thickness after being partially cut parallel to the cylinder. The dough board compact is heated to approximately 80 degrees Celsius with far infrared radiation. The heated dough board is transported on a heat proof metal mesh belt having temperature of between 80 and 150 degrees Celsius, and then gradually heated and dried at 150 to 350 degrees Celsius to dehydrate the dough board. The dehydrated bough board is baked at 1000-1200 degrees Celsius in roller hearth kiln combustion heating device.

A separating member 1 includes a round bar portion 1A having a diameter slightly smaller than the pore size of a small-diameter head side of each of the laminated cone type bobbins and a cradle 1D that receives the small-diameter head portion 11A of the separated bobbin. The round bar portion of the separating member is inserted into the bobbin aggregate from the small-diameter head side of the cone type bobbins so that the round bar portions will not contact with the cradle. Furthermore, compressed air is jetted from a plurality of air jetting pores formed in the round bar portion (Fig. 1).
