The polylactic acid foam used is low in the load in global environment and high in heat resistance, moldability and compression strain recovery, and this polylactic acid foam can be applied to a wide variety of uses where polyolefin resin foam has been used conventionally, including interior members of vehicles, heat insulator, cushioning medium, packing material, base of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, and joint filler for tiles.

摘要： A heat-shrinkable label film of the present invention comprises a foamed layer 10 comprising polystyrene as a principal component, and a pair of non-foamed layers 20 adhesively melted to either side of the foamed layer 10, where the foamed layer 10 and a pair of the non-foamed layers 20 are layered by coextrusion to provide a low specific gravity less than 1.0. The heat-shrinkable label film of the present invention is prepared by a method comprising the steps of: coextruding individual materials to form a foamed intermediate layer 10 comprising polystyrene as a principal component and a pair of non-foamed layers 20 adhesively melted to either side of the foamed intermediate layer 10, completing a non-drawn film; and drawing the non-drawn film in the transverse direction (TD). The drawing of the non-drawn film along the TD is preferably carried out at the drawing ratio of 3.5 to 5.5, most preferably about 4.5. Preferably, the foamed ratio of the foamed layer 10 is in the range of 5 to 20 %. Preferably, the thickness of the foamed layer 10 is 60 to 90 % of the total thickness of the film; and the thickness of each non-foamed layer 20 is 5 to 20 % of the total thickness of the film. Preferably, the heat-shrinkable label film of the present invention has a thickness of 30 to 60 µm.

摘要： The invention relates to a foam material on the basis of phenolic resin and to the use thereof. In order to provide a bio-based, thermosetting foam material with improved properties, in particular improved flame retardant properties, in essentially unchanged foam material properties, a foam material is proposed that is produced by at least the following steps: a) producing a prepolymer by condensation of at least one phenolic compound and formaldehyde in a ratio of 1 : 1.0 to 1 : 3.0 using 0.15 to 5 weight percent related to the amount of the raw materials used of an alkaline catalyst in the temperature range of 50 to 100 ºC until the refractive index of the reaction mixture is 1.4990 to 1.5020 and subsequently b) adding 2 to 40 weight percent related to the amount of the raw materials used of at least one natural polyphenol at a temperature of 50 to 100 ºC, c) adding 2 to 10 weight percent related to the amount of the raw materials used of one or more emulsifiers and mixtures thereof, d) adding 2 to 10 weight percent related to the amount of the raw materials used of one or more foaming agents and mixtures thereof and e) adding 10 to 20 weight percent related to the amount of the raw materials used of a curing agent and f) curing.
