    • The present invention relates to a device for electrical measurement of a target chemical substance, and a method therefor, and an object of the present invention is to provide a compact, inexpensive, and highly reliable device.
      A device for electrical measurement of a target chemical substance includes : an electrode array element including a base, an electrode array section in which electrodes which are disposed on the base and to each of which a test substance is fixed or can be fixed are arrayed, and a terminal array section in which terminals disposed on the base so as to correspond to the electrodes and electrically connected to the electrodes are arrayed; a processing head having an electrode array element support section supporting the electrode array element detachably to make electrical connection to the terminals possible; a container group including a liquid storing section and a measurement container; a support section moving mechanism capable of relatively moving the electrode array element support section with respect to the container group; and a measurement section capable of measuring a signal generated by applying a predetermined voltage to a test substance fixed to each of the electrodes in the measurement container. The container group includes a storing section storing or capable of storing the electrode array element such that the electrode array element can be supported by the electrode array element support section due to the support section moving mechanism.

    • A molecular detection apparatus includes: a collection unit (10) collecting detection target gas containing molecules (2) to be detected; a detector (20) including a plurality of detection cells (201) each having an organic probe (22) disposed at a sensor unit (23), for example a graphene (26) field-effect transistor (21), the organic probe capturing the molecules collected in the collection unit; and a discriminator discriminating the molecules by a signal pattern based on an intensity difference of detection signals generated by the molecules being captured by the organic probes in a plurality of the detection cells. In the molecular detection apparatus according to the embodiment, at least one of the detection cells has a plurality of different types of the organic probes disposed at the sensor unit. Hereby changes the mixing ratio of the different organic probe types systematically across the sensor array. The organic probes comprise a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon group as base portion, a connecting portion and a head portion containing a reactive group and a neighbouring group.
