摘要： This invention relates to a tool set for making novel, soft sheet-like colored plastic paintings and plastic art articles that can be appreciated as interior decorations stuck fast to window glasses, tiles, walls, etc. or can be used as coasters or pendants. The tool set consists of a metal plate (1), a colored vinyl chloride resin sol (4) filled in a tube and a hot plate (3). After a picture is drawn (c, d) by coloring a sketch (2) drawn on the metal sheet (1) of the tool set with the vinyl chloride resin sol squeezed out of the tube (4), the metal sheet is placed on the hot plate (3) and heated to cure the resin. After cooling, the cured resin is peeled off from the metal sheet and a colored plastic painting or plastic art article can thus be made.

Abstract
A set of devices for fabricating a novel, soft, sheet-like colored plastic picture or a product which adheres on a window glass, a tile, or a wall and may be enjoyed as an indoor decoration, or may be utilized as a coaster or a pendant, and a method of fabricating a colored plastic picture or a product with use thereof. The set of devices includes a metal plate (1), colore vinyl chloride resin material (4) in sol state contained in a squeeze tube, and a hot plate (3). After the sol state colored vinyl chloride resin material is extruded from a tube (4) onto a rough sketch (2) drawn on the metal plate (1) of the set of devices, so as to paint the picture (c) (d), the metal plate is put on a hot plate (3) to be heated, so as to gel the colored vinyl chloride resin, and the gelled colored chloride resin is removed from the metal plate after cooling, thereby fabricating the colored plastic picture or product.

A 2-working station die is employed wherein the shape is cut out with one stroke of the press at a first station (84) using the aforesaid cutting die, and the shape (126) is ejected from the substrate at a second station (86) with a subsequent stroke.

摘要： A decorative emblem is formed by producing a decorative surface (14), which may be printed and embossed, on a foil substrate (16). An integral bezel (12) is then formed around the periphery of the decorative surface. Fluent plastic material (29) is cast onto the decorative surface to form a meniscus over it. Upon curing, the plastic cap so formed gives a lens effect to the decorative surface. The decorative emblem may be provided with any of several types of different attachment means, such as an edge adhesive strip, for fastening it to the intended surface such as an automobile, appliance, or other object.
