摘要： Methods for automatic processing of natural language text (1) are described. The verbal entities (4) of the text (1) are encoded into a sequence of original vectors (E i ) by means of embedding. The original vectors (E i ) are assumed to be the first-level base nodes (H 1 i =E i ) for a graph neural network (2). For higher levels (t>1), the vectors of each node (H t i ) are computed from vectors (H t-1 i-1 , H t-1 i , H t-1 i+1 ), of the next lower level (t-1), having indices (i-1, i, i+1) equal to or adjacent to the index (i) of the vector to be computed (H t i ). In an interconnection level, preferably the last one (tmax), in addition to these vectors (H t-1 i-1 , H t-1 i , H t-1 i+1 ), the computation also involves a synthesis vector (G t-1 ) representing a synthesis of the whole text (1) and a spaced vector (H t-1 i+k ) with a spaced index (i+k) for a jump distance (k), chosen by machine learning mechanisms. This allows messages to pass between non-adjacent language units (4), thereby facilitating the classification of long-range links between words. The vectors resulting from this transformation process are interpreted by a neural classifier, which assigns various linguistic annotations (5) to the language units (4) and to links between them.
