      2.2 Der Kollektor weist zu mindest eine Kollektorlamelle (16) auf, an die zwei Haken (17,17') angeformt sind.

    • The object of the invention is a commutator for electric machines, which consists of a plurality of conductive bars (1) which are insulated the one from the other, particularly by means of insulating plastics material. Each conductive bar is provided at one end thereof with a connecting hook-like member (2), and in the said hook-like member (2) an electric wire (3) for the respective winding is housed, with the free end (102) of said member (2) being so bent about the electric wire (3) and being so pressed against the surface of the conductive bar (1) that the terminal portion of the free end (102) of the connecting hook-like member (2) will bear against the surface of the conductive bar (1), and the free end (102) of the hook-like member (2) will surround the electric wire (3). A heating electric current is being at the same time fed at the connecting hook-like member (2) for eliminating the insulation of the electric wire (3) in the area for its contact with the surface of the said member (2) and/or for welding the said wire (3) to the said connecting hook-like member (2). In order to avoid that any derived leakage currents may be originated, at least one or both of the areas for the mutual contact of the conductive bar (1) and the free end (102) of the connecting-hook-like member (2) are so made that they afford electric insulation properties.
