摘要： The invention relates to a mixer and a mixing method. Said mixer comprises a mixing trough (2), a mixing unit rotor (8) which can be rotated about a substantially vertical rotational axis (16) by means of a drive motor (6) and on which a first mixing tool (18) and a second mixing tool (22) are disposed so as to be rotatable about respective rotational axes.
