摘要： The invention relates to an assembly for handling an implant (1) to be inserted into bones. A plug-type extension (33) of the adapter (3) is provided for attaching a screw-in instrument. When the transfer cap (2) is plugged onto the implant (1) and when the adapter (3) is inserted, the polygonal projection (30) thereof engages with the polygonal socket (17) on the implant (1). The plug-type extension (33) of the adapter (3) that projects through the transfer cap (2) is located on the outside. The transfer cap (2) and the adapter (3) plugged therein are detachably connected to one another.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel process for purifying a recombinant protein including one or a few procedural steps only. The process according to the invention is characterised by that it combines the step of lysis of the host cell, with the purification of the protein of interest, allowing for a rapid and much more efficient process of purification than previously available within the field of the art. The conditions used during the purification process are those of a high temperature and a low pH, allowing for thermostable and acid-resistant recombinant proteins to be isolated from a suspension. The invention also relates to purifying recombinant proteins which are fusion proteins, wherein one part of the protein may be selected from an enamelmatrix protein, such as amelogenin.
