    • The present invention provides a tire dismounting hook apparatus and a tire dismounting device. The tire dismounting hook apparatus includes a cylinder (2), a tube assembly, a stand connected with one end of the cylinder, a curved lever (17) hinged with a cylinder piston rod, a linkage mechanism connected with one end of the curved lever, and a tire dismounting hook (9) hinged with the one end of the linkage mechanism.
