The activation of the lever (27) further determines an axial sliding of the jaw (16) with respect to the tubular body (3) and the passage of the jaw (16) from the first unhooked position to the second hooked position.

The tab (23,63) is capable of pressing against the connector (30,70) such that the sleeve (21,61) can be slid in the plug (10,50). It is convenient for a user, especially for taking care of a patient, to pivot the tab (23,63) with one hand. Accordingly, the tracheotomy tube (A) is fastened with ease.
