    • When pressure containers are filled with a cold gas (cold filling), the gas is quickly warmed up due to he contact of the cold gas with the warm container inner wall, thereby quickly increasing the pressure in the interior of the container already in an early phase of the filling process. Only a small portion of the heat of the filling gas can then be used after the filling process to increase the filling pressure in the container. The inventive pressure container is characterized in that the inner surface thereof is coated with a material with a low heat transition coefficient, thereby delaying heating up of the filling gas. A considerable portion of the pressure increase caused by the heating up of the filling gas thus takes place only subsequent to the actual filling process and can be utilized to build up the maximum filling pressure. The invention thus provides a rapid and economical means for filling pressure containers, especially high pressure and extremely high pressure containers.
