摘要： A method for estimating the vulcanization degree of a rubber compound is disclosed. The torque of the rubber compound during vulcanization is measured to obtain a vulcanization curve. values of invariables K1, K2 and m of a specific expression (1) which values minimize the error between the measured vulcanization curve and a (estimated cure) curve defined by the expression (1), are obtained. Each of different real numbers is assigned to the invariable K1 of the expression (1), and the expression (1) is approximated to the measured vulcanization curve, and then from the approximated expression (1), a set of values of the invariables K1, K2 and m are obtained. Such plural sets of the values are assigned to the expression (1) to obtain a plurality of the estimated vulcanization curves from which an estimated vulcanization curve whose error from the measured vulcanization curve is smallest, is found out.

Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wird gelöst, indem numerisch zur Verfügung stehende Ausgangsdaten G * (ω), also das Frequenz abhängig gemessene komplexes Schermodul oder die hieraus konstruierte Masterkurve, durch eine analytische Funktion beschrieben werden. Auf diese Weise steht in verbesserter Form eine genaue Kenntnis des Relaxatiansverilaltens zur Verfügung und zwar vor allem auch bei längeren Reiaxationszeiten. Dies ermöglicht eine zutreffende Ermittlung des Relaxationszeitspektrums und damit eine grundsätzlich zutreffendere Berechnung der Molekulargewichtsverteilung.

摘要： A rheometer comprises a vessel mounted on a stand and a rotatable blade mounted above the vessel. A substance for rheometric assessment is put in the vessel. The rotor is advanced linearly into the substance while at the same time rotating. The blade is arranged with a profile such that there is substantially zero slip as it progresses, thereby minimising disturbance to the substance. The rheometric assessment is based on the axial force exerted as a result of the resistance of the substance to the progression of the blade through it.
