摘要： A cassette (18) containing a group of sealed cells is used as a means for delivering doses of fluid to be injected into a sterilizing chamber (10). After the cassette (18) is automatically positioned over a piercing mechanism, the cassette (18) is moved downwardly so that a cell is pierced. Fluid is then forced out of the cell by pneumatic pressure into an injector valve (22), which opens in a manner which does not adversely affect a vacuum within the chamber (10).

摘要： A fill adapter system for an infusion pump assembly. The system includes a reusable fill adapter base, the base including a volume control mechanism to adjust an available fill volume of a reservoir of the infusion pump assembly and a pomp mechanism configured to pump air into a fluid vial. 摘要： An improved implantable valve accumulator pump for the delivery of medication is disclosed. The implantable pump comprises a pressurized drug reservoir. The medication metering assembly comprises a fixed volume accumulator positioned between a pair of valves. The valves alternately open and close to admit medication from the reservoir into the accumulator and to dispense a precise volume pulse to an outlet catheter. In order to improve the pump' s accuracy and to increase pumping volume while optimizing the pump's overall size and energy usage a two way diaphragm accumulator is used. The unit can be externally programmed or can be used in a fixed rate configuration that is never programmed but set at the factory or in the current programmable configuration.
