    • A valve means for controlling a linear or rotary hydraulic motor, which is connected to a pump (P) acting as pressure medium source via the valve means, and to a tank (T) either directly or via a valve means. Known valve means of this kind comprise valves with valve slides, which control both the supply of pressure medium to the motor and the return flow from the same. These valves, however, do not always satisfy the demand in question, owing to internal leakage which, for example, implies that a linear motor is caused to carry out undesired movements. The present valve means, however, comprises at least one seat valve (C) located in a main flow connection between the pump (P) and one port (A) of the motor, where each seat valve (C) for adjusting the flow in the main flow connection to the motor (1) is controlled by a pilot flow, which is adjustable by a pilot valve (E) and originates from the main flow through the seat valve (C), and which after the pilot valve (E) returns to the main flow at a point after the seat valve (C), seen in the flow direction.

    • Disclosed is a flow control valve for construction machinery, the flow control valve being adapted to reduce pressure loss due to flow on return to a hydraulic tank during the boom-down operation of a large-scale excavator. The flow control valve for construction machinery according to the present invention comprises: first and second boom spools which are respectively coupled to first and second boom valve blocks, and which regulate working fluid that is respectively supplied from first and second hydraulic pumps to a boom cylinder during direction reversal; a boom-up flow-adjusting means which, in direction reversal of the first and second boom spools for boom-up drive, supplies working fluid from the first and second hydraulic pumps into a large chamber of the boom cylinder via the first and second boom spools respectively, and causes part of the flow of working fluid from the second hydraulic pump to pass via the second boom spool so as to be combined with working fluid being supplied from the first hydraulic pump to the large chamber of the boom cylinder due to direction reversal of the first boom spool; and a boom-down flow-adjusting means which, in direction reversal of the first and second boom spools for boom-down drive, causes part of the flow of working fluid coming back from the large chamber of the boom cylinder to return to the hydraulic tank via the first and second boom spools respectively, and causes part of the flow of working fluid coming back from the large chamber of the boom cylinder to combine as respective regenerative flows for working fluid on the small chamber side of the boom cylinder.

    • Disclosed is a control system for controlling flow so as to allow simultaneous usage of a parallel flow path and a tandem flow path thereby reducing loss of pressure inside a control valve, when simultaneously operating work devices having different operating pressures. A control system for operating the work device, according to the present invention, provides the control system for operating the work device for a construction machine, comprising: first and second hydraulic pumps that are connected to an engine; a revolution control valve, an arm control valve, and a left driving control valve, which are installed on a first center bypass path of the first hydraulic pump, and each of which is connected via the parallel flow path; a boom control valve, a bucket control valve, and a right driving valve, which are installed on a second center bypass path of the second hydraulic pump, and each of which is connected via the parallel flow path; a pressure generation device; a bleed flow path, which is formed on a control spool at a lower side of a boom of the boom control valve, for maintaining an open state of the second center bypass path without closing same, when the boom control valve is switched so as to lower the boom; and a center bypass switch valve, which is installed on the lowermost side of the second center bypass path and is switched by means of a control signal for switching the boom control valve.
