    • An air conditioning device (1) for conditioning the air present in an indoor environment is described, the device (1) comprising: a fluidic circuit (2) configured to circulate an operative fluid and including a condenser (3) and an evaporator (4); a casing (50) housing the fluidic circuit (2), internally defining a first compartment (5) housing the condenser (3) and a second compartment (6) housing the evaporator (4), and having a first inlet (7a) fluidly communicating with an outdoor environment to receive therefrom outdoor air, a second inlet (7b) fluidly communicating with the indoor environment to receive stale air, a first outlet (8a) fluidly communicating with the indoor environment to introduce therein conditioned air and a second outlet (8b) fluidly communicating with the outdoor environment to extract the stale air; a pair of upstream flaps (12, 13) actuatable to respectively direct the outdoor air and the stale air selectively towards the condenser (3) or the evaporator (4); and a pair of downstream flaps (14, 15) actuatable to respectively direct the heated air and the cooled air selectively towards the first outlet (8a) or the second outlet (8b); and a control unit (16) configured to control the actuation of the upstream flaps (12, 13) and the downstream flaps (14, 15) for defining: a heating operating mode for heating the indoor environment, in which the upstream flaps (12, 13) are actuated to direct respectively the stale air towards the second compartment (6) and the outdoor air towards the first compartment (5), and the downstream flaps (14, 15) are actuated to respectively direct the heated air towards the first outlet (8a) and the cooled air towards the second outlet (8b); and a cooling operating mode for cooling the indoor environment, in which the upstream flaps (12, 13) are actuated to respectively direct the stale air towards the first compartment (5) and the outdoor air towards the second compartment (6), and the downstream flaps (14, 15) are actuated to respectively direct the heated air towards the second outlet (8b) and the cooled air towards the first outlet (8a).
