摘要： The invention is based on performing, in an alternative step, biological or biochemical processing on a wood fibre fraction generated in connection with pulp making and unsuitable for paper making, whereby one or more biocatalysts having a disintegrating influence on the structure of wood fibres and wood fibre bundles are added to the fraction for weakening the bonds between the wood fibres. The fraction is subjected to physical processing whereby, as a consequence of the physical processing, at least some of the wood fibres processed with a biocatalyst or not processed with a biocatalyst gellify, forming a gel-like pulp. The method then comprises recovering the formed gel-like pulp.

摘要： The invention is related to a method for processing biomass derived from plants or animals, comprising the steps of: a. pre treating said material with an aqueous solution of acid or base; b. subsequently passaging saturated or super heated steam through said material. With such a process it is possible to disintegrate or make more accessible for subsequent treatments the lignocellulose from lignocellulose containing materials, like wood or other plant material, chitin from exoskeletons from Crustacea like crabs and shrimps, and proteins such as keratin from pig hair or chicken feather for production of chemicals, e.g. as sugars from carbohydrates for fermentation processes such as the production of (bio-) ethanol or as keratine hydrolysates for applications in paper or cosmetics.

摘要： The objective of this invention is a method for separating cellulosic fibres, hemicellulose and lignin from parts of plants containing these, such as stems, leaves and seed coats or hulls of cereal, oilseed, fibre or grassy plants. After appropriate pre-treatments the material is heated in an alkaline solution at lower temperatures than used in the traditional cellulose manufacturing. After this heat treatment, the fibrous and other undissolved materials are separated from the solution and subsequently ground in wet condition, using preferably chafing treatments. For improving the separation, surface active substances can be included in the alkaline heat treatment solution.
