The first reinforcing member 7 has an interrupting section 7e that interrupts transmission of the vibration transmitted along the first reinforcing member 7 in an intermediate portion of the meeting section 14. In addition, the first reinforcing member 7 is connected to the second reinforcing member 8 via the damping section 15 near the interrupting section 7e.
