摘要： The present invention discloses a method for controlling a process of establishing a call, comprising: setting group codes in a called terminal; sending a calling number and a corresponding group code to the called terminal; the called terminal determining whether the received group code is one of the group codes set in Step A, if the received group code is one of the group codes set in Step A, allowing a call to be established between the calling terminal corresponding to the calling number and the called terminal, otherwise, blocking the call. The invention solves the problems generated by various methods used in the prior art to avoid being disturbed by telephones, such as missing important calls, extra service fee, partial protection against annoying telephone calls, etc. According to the invention, the called user enables a function of group code call when he does not want to be disturbed by frequent calls. The function ensures that the called user will not be disturbed by unimportant calls or annoying calls when the called user does not want to be disturbed, while simultaneously ensures that the called user will not miss any important call.

In particular, the present invention provides a system and method of managing a communication policy in a voice telephony network having a plurality of subscriber devices comprising the steps of:
maintaining a blacklist comprising identifiers of voice call originators representing voice call originators whose calls are rejected;
receiving at a policy server (104b) a notice that a voice call has been rejected because of said blacklist;
keeping a record of such rejections; and
removing the identifier of a voice call originator from the blacklist if the time period without a rejection respective to said voice call originator exceeds a predetermined threshold.
Thereby calls from these call originators are once again permissible.

Each caller is identified (1003) by unique identification information associated with an incoming communication. The user selects one of a plurality of different priority levels for a particular caller. 摘要： A system, method and computer program product for processing event records. The present invention includes a detection layer, an analysis layer, an expert systems layer and a presentation layer. The layered system includes a core infrastructure and a configurable, domain-specific implementation. The detection layer employs one or more detection engines, such as, for example, a rules-based thresholding engine and a profiling engine. The detection layer can include an AI-based pattern recognition engine for analyzing data records, for detecting new and interesting patterns and for updating the detection engines to insure that the detection engines can detect the new patterns. In one embodiment, the present invention is implemented as a telecommunications fraud detection system. When fraud is detected, the detection layer generates alarms which are sent to the analysis layer. The analysis layer filters and consolidates the alarms to generate fraud cases. The analysis layer preferably generates a probability of fraud for each fraud case. The expert systems layer receives fraud cases and automatically initiates actions for certain fraud cases. The presentation layer also receives fraud cases for presentation to human analysts. The presentation layer permits the human analysts to initiate additional actions.
