    • A bearing cleaning assembly (200) comprising a tube (210) having a first end and a second end, the first end including an entry port for receiving cleaning fluid therethrough, a piston (211) adapted to move reciprocatingly inside the tube, the piston connected to a rod that emerges from the second end of the tube and terminates in a handle, an air vent (2013) formed at the second end, a first conical member (215) connected to the first end for directing cleaning fluid into the entry port, and a second conical member (216) adapted to be submerged in cleaning fluid (214) and to support a bearing (201) in need of cleaning, wherein, in use, the bearing is sandwiched between the first and second conical members in the cleaning fluid, and the piston is withdrawn to draw cleaning fluid into the tube through the entry port, during which cleaning fluid is also drawn through and around the bearing so as to clean the bearing.

    • The invention relates to a distributing element, especially a discharging distributor, for metering lubricants used for lubricating systems. Said distributing element comprises a valve piston (1) that is provided with a bore (2) and can be displaced, under the effect of the pressure prevailing at a lubricant inlet (6), counter to the effect of a first return spring (7) from an initial position in which the bore (2) opens a connection between a dispensing chamber (3) and a metering chamber (4) via a passage duct (5) into a metering position in which the valve piston (1) opens a passage (8) from the lubricant inlet (6) to the passage duct (5) and thus the metering chamber (4), and a dispensing piston (9) that can be displaced, under the effect of lubricant entering the metering chamber (4), counter to the effect of a second return spring (10) from an initial position so as to displace the quantity of lubricant located in the dispensing chamber (3) between the valve piston (1) and the dispensing piston (9) into a lubricant outlet (11). The valve piston (1) can be optionally moved into an intermediate position until the point of pressure equilibrium is reached, the valve piston (1) blocking the passage (8) from the lubricant inlet (6) to the passage duct (5) and thus the metering chamber (4) in said intermediate position. The valve piston (1) can be returned to the initial position thereof by the first return spring (7) while the dispensing piston (9) can be returned to the initial position thereof by the second return spring (10) when the pressure is relieved at the lubricant inlet (6).

    • An automatic lubricating oil feeding apparatus for automatically feeding lubricating oil at predetermined intervals to rotary driving parts of various kinds of machines where bearings are installed. The apparatus can easily conquer the resistance of tube passages of the machines and thus facilitate the lubricating oil feeding to the machines by forming a lubricating oil discharge structure having a mechanical type vertical suction pump (3) structure. The apparatus can also remove the oil-separation phenomenon even if the apparatus is used for a long time by effecting a pumping operation for suction and discharge of the lubricating oil by the pressure of a flanger ascending and descending by a mechanical driving force, and thus not applying a high pressure to a lubricating oil pouch. The apparatus includes a top cover (2) wherein the lubricating oil pouch is installed, and a main case (1) fastened to the top cover (2) and receiving therein a nipple secured to a shaft of a bearing and a pump (3) for controlling extrusion of a fixed amount of the lubricating oil. The pump (3) is placed between an exit of the lubricating oil pouch (220) and the nipple (110), and suction and discharge of the lubricating oil is performed by ascending and descending operation of a flanger of the pump which is driven by a motor.
