In one embodiment the applicator device consists of a rotating cone (16) and the dispensers are deposited on a surface of the cone for dispersion. In another embodiment, the applicator consists of a rotating drum or wheel for contact application of the dispensers to living organisms.

摘要： A system for dispensing agricultural products includes: a master controller (10), sets of agricultural product containers (40, 40A, 110, 112, 130), meter devices (70, 132), and secondary controllers (60). The master controller receives operator defined instructions. The meter devices are operatively connected to the product containers and configured to dispense products to rows in a field wherein each of the sets of containers is associated with a respective row in the field. Each secondary controller receives command data from the master controller and controls the meter devices in response to the command data. The system is configured to store field data, including field ID number, crop treated and quantity applied in at least one of the master controller or the meter device and memory unit (70) of the agricultural product containers. A seed sensing device (30) senses dispensation of the seed from the seed transport mechanism (26). A control interface electronic system (36) dispenses a particular quantity of product with the seed in the seed transport mechanism (26). A pulsing valve (39) dispenses products from the conduit (32) when the seed sensing device (30) senses the dispensation of the seed. A seed release speed is provided which is proportional to the ground speed of the seed planter row unit (16) to minimize seed tumbling and optimize accurate placement of seed and product at varying ground speeds of the row unit (16).

Further, a method of inhibiting dry material clogs in such a work vehicle (20) is disclosed.
