摘要： A melt-cast detergent composition which retains rigidity at least up to 40 °C comprising: (a) 2-50 (Xa) % by wt. saturated fatty acid soap comprising one or more salts of C6-C24 fatty acids; (b) 2-40 % by wt. of detergent active species; (c) 0.5-20 % by wt. of a salting-in electrolyte; and (d) 30-80 % by wt. water; wherein the fatty acid soap present forms an Xa % solution in water with a liquid phase having a viscosity less than 50 Pa.s at a shear rate of 1 sec-1 in the temperature range 50-100 °C, shows phase separation and presence of a solid phase during cooling up to 20 °C and the solid phase is present at least up to 40 °C during heating.

摘要： Variants of Lipolase® (wild-type Humicola lanuginosa lipase) with a certain distribution of electrically charged amino acids have a particularly good first-wash performance in a detergent solution with a high ratio of anionic to non-ionic surfactant. The effect is achieved by attaching a positively charged peptide extension at the N-terminal and by imposing certain restrictions on the charge distribution in the region corresponding to amino acid positions 90-101 and at position 210. The inventors further devised a method of developing variants with such performance from Lipolase by attaching a peptide extension at the N-terminal and substituting amino acids in the region 90-101 or in the immediate surroundings in the three-dimensional structure. The lipases may further provide additional benefits, such as whiteness maintenance and dingy cleanup.

摘要： Phase stable, pumpable, liquid, high solids, aqueous monoalkanolamide surfactant emulsions are disclosed for use as cold mixable monoalkanolamide delivery systems for separately prepared aqueous formulations containing at least one principal surfactant. The monoalkanolamide surfactant emulsions comprise at least one monoalkanolamide characterized in its unemulsified form by having an amide content of at least about 85 % and by being substantially solid and water insoluble at a temperature below about 30 DEG C, and at least one monoalkanolamide emulsifying surfactant and, surprisingly, remain homogeneous, pourable, and pumpable at a total solids content of at least 20 weight percent at a temperature in the range of about zero DEG C to about 30 DEG C.
