    • The present invention relates to an illumination type electronic part of rotational operation which is used in audio equipment or the like and makes it possible to recognize the position of rotational operation of a knob by the light from a built-in light emitting device.
      Its object is to provide an illumination type electronic part of rotational operation which is able to cope with changes in specifications for the rotational operation shaft readily, to withstand a strong thrust force applied to the rotational operation shaft, to reduce the hitting sound emitted from the rotatable stopper of the rotational operation shaft, and also to light up the illumination means disposed on the end of the rotational operation shaft in a stable manner.
      In order to achieve the foregoing object, the rotational operation shaft is made in a simple hollowed cylindrical shape, and also the rotor having a flange and a stopper for restricting the extent of its rotational motion is prepared separately from the rotational operation shaft and produced by resin molding.
      Furthermore, the rotor is made of a transparent resin and integrally molded together with the light collecting lens for the light emitting device.

    • The electromotive adjustable resistor of present invention comprising,
         a first worm gear fixed on the motor shaft of the electric motor,
         a first gear shaft having a first worm wheel and a first cylindrical gear fixed on it, said first worm wheel engaging with the first worm gear,
         a second gear shaft having a second cylindrical gear and a second worm gear fixed on it, said second cylindrical gear engaging with the first cylindrical gear,
         an adjustable resistor having a resistance adjusting shaft,
         a second worm wheel assembled concentrically around the adjusting shaft of the adjustable resistor, said second worm wheel engaging with the second worm gear,
         means which transmit the rotational torque of the second worm wheel to the resistance adjusting shaft of the adjustable resistor.
      That is, the gear train of the electromotive adjustable resistor of the present invention comprises two worm gear engagements and a sylindrical gear engagement. A sylindrical gear engagement makes the space between the resistance adjusting shaft and the motor shaft along the axis of the both shafts.
      So that the axis of the both shafts can be coinside or nearly coinside with, in compliance with the design request, without interference between them.
      This makes the width W of the electromotive adjustable resistor smaller, and makes the space on the circuit board occupied by it also smaller compared with the conventional type which is not able to coinside the axis of the both shafts.

    • A combination push switch device performing multiple functions is disclosed. The push switch device includes a base (51) provided with at least two switch elements (65) and at least two linkage members (57,59), and a push button provided with push members (67B) and linkage members (67C) at positions opposite to said switch elements and linkage members of the base, respectively. The base and the push button are assembled together by the linkage members of both the base and the push button so as to enable the button to move vertically. A return means (68) is provided for forcing the push button to return to the original position thereof upon releasing the push button. The combination push switch device thus constructed is simple in structure and easy to assemble.

    • A pull-push switch has one or two stationary contacts (25,26) and one U-shaped elastic movable contact (23) with two legs (23,24) which, when not deformed, are adapted to resiliently make into contact with the stationary contacts. A cam (31) is securely mounted on an operating shaft which can be axially shifted between the pulled and pushed positions. The cam has a small-diameter cylindrical portion (29) contiguous with a tapered intermediate portion (28) which in turn is contiguous also with a large-diameter cylindrical portion (30). The legs of the elastic movable contact are so positioned that they are normally maintained in contact with the peripheral surface of the cam as it is shifted in unison with the operating shaft so that when the shaft is pushed or pulled, the legs of the elastic movable contact rest on the small-diameter cylindrical portion of the cam and subsequently make contact with the stationary contacts, whereby the switch is closed. When the operating shaft (1) is pulled or pushed,the legs of the elastic movable contact ride on the large-diameter cylindrical portion of the cam so that they are forced to bend outward or moved away from each other and from the stationary contacts and consequently the switch is opened.
