摘要： A pyrometallurgical process and apparatus for converting spent potliners from aluminium manufacturing or other hazardous materials into an amorphous sodium and calcium fluroaluminosilicate glass frit and high carbon material. Spent potliners, sillica or siliceous material, and a calcium oxide source are fed into the non-burner end of a counter-current rotating kiln. The material is heated to destroy cyanides, convert fluoride salts to calcium fluoride and form a homogeneous liquid material. Carbon is then physically separated from the material. The material is then vitrified to produce a valuable glass frit and a high carbon material.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of performing assay to a fluorite sample, which includes a first step for dissolving a fluorite sample, containing Ca and F, by use of a solvent, a second step for removing Ca and F from an obtained solution, and a third step for assaying, through ICP-MS, the solution having Ca and F removed therefrom. Also disclosed is a method of producing a fluorite crystal and an exposure apparatus using such fluorite crystal, and a device manufacturing method using such exposure apparatus. The assaying method of the present invention ensures assay and evaluation of a fluorite sample, of sensitivity several times higher than conventional methods.

摘要： Boric acid is prepared by reaction of a fluoroboric acid solution at elevated temperature with calcium carbonate and separation of the calcium fluoride precipitate formed from the remaining solution of boric acid. The fluoroboric acid solution used is preferably obtained by conversion of hexafluorosilicic acid with boric acid (formed from fluoroboric acid) and separation of the precipitated silica.
Highly pure silica and valuable calcium fluoride can be prepared in a cyclic process using by-product hexafluorosilicic acid and cheap calcium carbonate.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for recovering valuable metals from waste lithium ion batteries. The method comprises: short-circuit discharging, dismantling, crushing, roasting, and screening on waste lithium ion batteries to obtain active electrode powders; using alkaline solution to wash the active electrode powders, then filtering to remove copper and aluminum; drying the activated electrode powder after alkaline washing treatment, mix the dried activated electrode powder with starch and concentrated sulfuric acid and stir evenly to obtain the mixed material; calcining the mixed material with controlling the atmosphere; taking out the product obtained from calcination and using deionized water to extract the leachate and leaching residue with valence metal ions, and then obtaining the leachate after filtering. The present invention can reduce the concentration of impurity ions in the leaching solution, improve the purity and comprehensive recovery rate of valuable metals, and reduce the recovery cost.
