    • The invention relates to a sealing arrangement for sealing a gap between the edging (14) of an opening and a door of a vehicle, which closes said opening. The sealing arrangement is characterised by a sealing profiled element (13) consisting of a fixing part (15) to be applied to a mounting surface (12') of the door, and a sealing section (17) connected to the fixing part and designed in such a way as to tightly co-operate with the counter-profiled element of the edging (14) of the opening. A plastic or metal insert (18) is built into the fixing part (15), along part of the length thereof, and partially protrudes from same, the projecting part of the insert (18) and the mounting surface (121) being provided with pairs of catch elements which enable the creation of a locked state and also the release thereof, and thereby enable the mounting of the sealing profiled element by the movements of same parallel to the mounting surface (121).
