    • The invention relates to a coin-sorting device. The inventive device consists of a body (1) comprising a series of passages (2, 3, 4), one of which (2) is disposed opposite a coin-receiving area (Z) and defined laterally by two partitions (5, 6) which each belong to respective adjacent passages (3, 4). Each of the partitions (5, 6) is articulated to the body (1) along an axis (E) such that they can occupy two positions in relation thereto, namely: a course-changing position in which coins can be received, and a rest position. The invention also comprises: two actuation devices which are controlled such as to rotate each partition (5, 6) selectively to the aforementioned coin-receiving position in which the respective passage (3, 4) is disposed opposite the coin-receiving area (Z); and a permanent push device for maintaining the partitions (5, 6) in, and/or returning the partitions to, the respective rest positions thereof upon termination of said action.
