摘要： The invention relates to a method for controlling a metal strip (1 ) to be heat- treated, contained in a continuously operated heat treatment furnace and proceeding in an essentially horizontal direction and suspended position in a zone arranged between elements (6) meant for supporting the metal strip when said metal strip is being cooled (3). The trajectory of the metal strip (1 ) is measured by a measuring device (11 ), and on the basis of the obtained measurement results, the metal strip (1 ) is subjected to a controlled cooling agent jet, so that the trajectory of the metal strip (1 ), at least in the zone (6) located between the elements meant for supporting the metal strip, is made to proceed in between devices (8) installed around the trajectory and meant for conveying the cooling agent.

摘要： The invention relates to a device for guiding bands in a suspended manner and for stabilizing bands, preferably wide metal bands, for the purpose of heat treating the same. In the device, the band is blown on both sides with the aid of suspended nozzle sections, and two respective radial ventilators with 360° spiral casings are arranged on the side walls of the device in the vicinity of both sides of the band. The intake openings of the radial ventilators point toward the middle of the device. The axes of the radial ventilators are vertical in relation to the side walls, and the radial ventilators are arranged in such a way that they deliver air into air delivery channels (6) from the length of at least one hydraulic diameter in a manner parallel to the longitudinal direction of the device, that is, in a direction of movement of the band. The air delivery channels (6) are adjacent to the upper casing (8) or the lower casing of the device via a side wall. Elbows are respectively connected to the air delivery channels (6). The volume stream delivered from said elbows by the radial ventilator enters a collecting receptacle which extends as at least one piece over the entire length of the device and which is provided with the nozzle section on the side facing the band, said nozzle field being approximately equal in width to that of the collecting receptacle. The gas stream blown on the band predominantly flows away and up to the longitudinal sides of the device and enters from the sides of the device into the suction area between the radial ventilators above and below the band (1).

摘要： The present invention relates to method and apparatus for heating a strip of metallic material in a continuous annealing furnace and more particularly improvement of or relating to method and apparatus for heating a strip of metallic material in a continuous annealing furnace in which annealing of the strip is continuously carried out in such a manner that gas serving to adjust temperature of the strip is blown toward the strip through a plurality of gas jet nozzles which are arranged on the one side or both the sides of the strip, wherein temperature and flow rate of the strip are properly determined to a required level in response to changing of the operating conditions such as heat cycle, line speed, thickness of strip, width of strip or the like.
Further, the present invention relates to method and apparatus for heating a strip of metallic material in a continuous annealing furnace, wherein temperature of the strip is controlled to reach a target temperature by heating or cooling the strip by means of gas jet or the like having excellent respondency at a part of the heating zone in the continuous annealing furnace whereby irregular annealing of the strip is inhibited effectively.

摘要： The invention relates to a device and a method for diffusing Al-Si into a surface of an Al-Si-coated steel sheet. The steel sheet is first fed into a furnace that can be heated to the diffusion temperature, and is then passed contactlessly through the furnace which is heated to the diffusion temperature. In the process the steel sheet is heated to the diffusion temperature, so that Al-Si diffuses into a surface of the steel sheet. The steel sheet with Al-Si diffused into a surface is then cooled at a rate of less than about 25 K/sec.
