摘要： Regarding a cardboard sheet-cutting device, a cardboard sheet-cutting control unit and a cardboard sheet-manufacturing apparatus, the present invention makes continuous cutting possible during job changes, in which the cardboard sheet cutting width changes, without stopping conveyance of the cardboard sheets, limits broke generation and makes production cost reduction possible by providing: a printing unit (21) for printing cutting marks (M) on a double-faced cardboard sheet (E); a slitter scorer (23) for cutting the double-faced cardboard sheet (E) to a specified width; a cutoff (24) for cutting the double-faced cardboard sheet (E) to a specified length; a mark detector (40) for detecting cutting marks (M); a movement unit (41) for moving the mark detector (40) along the width direction of the double-faced cardboard sheet (E); and a cutting control unit (52) for performing control to actuate the cutoff (24) on the basis of the detection results of the mark detector (40) and moving the mark detector (40) using the movement unit (41) on the basis of job-change timing data and post-job change mark position information.

摘要： A process and an apparatus for the production of paper products, such as "cat litter" or paper fuel, comprising reducing paper to a particulate form by shredding and grinding, conveying the particles of paper from a hopper (20) as a layer on a first conveyor (21) firstly beneath a levelling and compacting roller (22) and thereafter beneath a set of water sprayers (24), before discharging from the conveyor onto a second conveyor (21') with the assistance of a rearwardly baffle plate (27) to invert the layer during transfer. The inverted layer on the second conveyor passes to a third conveyor belt (40) which moves through a ring (41) which has the effect of wrapping the belt (40) over itself and around the mix to form a tunnel (42) enveloping and compacting the mix to form an extrusion. The paper product as extruded is cut into pellets before subjecting the pellets to dehydration. In the case of paper product to be used as paper fuel, the paper is mixed with coal dust. The bottom of the hopper contains a plurality of rotatable worm screws (30) for discharging the paper evenly across the conveyor (21), whilst rotatable paddle type agitators (32) are also contained in the bottom of the conveyor to prevent the particulate paper from agglomerating into lumps.
