    • A nose device intended to be inserted in the nose channel of a person. The nose device (10) has a conical portion with a distal end intended to be arranged adjacent a nose bone and a proximal end intended to be arranged adjacent a nostril (3). A screw winding (11) is arranged centrally at the outer surface of the conical portion,. A tab portion (12) is arranged at the proximal end of the conical device. The nose device is inserted in the nose of the person until the distal end is positioned adjacent the nose bone of the person. Then, the nose device is rotated so that the distal end is positioned adjacent the nose bone of the person. When the nose device is rotated, the screw windings cooperate with the walls of the nose channel in order to pull them slightly outwards and stretch them, in order to thereby keep the nose channels open. A filter may be arranged for filtering the inhaled air.

The edge of the mask body's opening end has a projection, which is driving-fit for the upper ala nasi of the nasal cavity. In virtue of the projection of the ala nasi, which is installed on the opening end of the mask body, the mask body is driving-fit with the nasal cavity to make the users feel comfortable. By means of the clip groove of the cartilage inside the nasal cavity, which is mounted on the upper edge of the through-hole end, the fitness with the structure inside the nasal cavity is improved. By the use of filter materials, which have sterilization and bacteriostasis effects and locate in the accepting space of the mask body, the filtering effect is achieved. While a cotton microcapsule which contains diluted medicament, is placed in the mask body, the health care and medical treatment can be achieved.

    • A nasal air filtration device includes a pair of either planar or concave-convex filters, a support structure incorporating a pair of generally annular bases or sleeves for supporting the filters, and a bridge that couples the bases or sleeves to maintain them in a desired spaced­apart relation and to determine a desired angular relationship. The support structure is insertable into the nasal cavities to position the filters within corresponding nasal cavities. Flexible rims maintain the support structure and the filters in spaced-apart relation to the surrounding nasal wall. The rims conform to surrounding nasal tissue to form seals. The rims can be selectively inclined to facilitate insertion and resist accidental removal. In certain embodiments the device is combined with a filter that covers the mouth to provide an air filtration system.

    • Der Nasenfilter ist dazu bestimmt, Personen, die verstärkt unter Allergien leiden, vor dem Einfluß des Pollenfluges, der Staubmilben oder Mikrosporen zu schützen. Denkbar ist sein Einsatz auch in Bereichen der Medizin oder Industrie (Chipherstellung). Die Filtergehäuse sind ergonomisch auf thermischem Wege weitgehendst den individuellen Gegebenheiten von Nasengang und Nasenscheidewand angepaßt und besitzen am oberen oder unteren Ende eine ovale Öffnung mit nach innen gerichtetem umlaufenden Rand, der eine aus Vlies bestehende Filterscheibe aufnimmt. Die Struktur der Filterscheibe erlaubt es (gesplittete Filterfasern, die von Deckvlies umhüllt sind) die "Raumwirkung" des Nasenfilters zu erhöhen, wodurch die Aufnahmefähigkeit verbessert und die Nutzungsdauer verlängert wird. Die Filtergehäuse werden untereinander mit einem halbkreisförmigen Steg fest verbunden und besitzen zur Unterstützung des Paßsitzes lamellenförmige Einschnitte oder konzentrisch angeordnete Riffelungen an ihrer Oberfläche. Die Filtergehäuse können entweder separat oder als Filtereinheit mit Steg auf dem Weg des Tiefziehens bzw. Spritzgießens hergestellt werden, wobei die Filterscheiben sofort oder später eingebracht werden.
