Containers having functions associated with a number of residential or commercial uses are moved in to and out of the stacks by the robotic handling devices running on the grid. The containers disposed in the stacks are selected by function on demand by a user. In this way the building is reconfigurable to take in to account required uses.

摘要： The present invention relates to conveyor rolls used in high temperature applications, and more particularly concerns an improved end cap assembly for such rolls. According to the invention, the conveyor roll (1) comprises a) a ceramic spool (2), b) at each end (21 ,22) of the ceramic spool (2), an end cap (4) comprising a metal ferrule (41) and having a certain internal circumference adapted to fit over an end (21) of the ceramic spool; and c) interposed between each end (21 ,22) of the ceramic spool (2) and the end cap (4) a tolerance ring (3) of resilient metal having a plurality of circumferentially arranged corrugations. This conveyor roll can resist temporary overheat or blockage without damages.

摘要： The present technique, in accordance with one exemplary embodiment, relates to a motorized pulley. The exemplary motorized pulley (20) includes a rim (30) or housing inside of which are disposed an electric motor (34) and a gear assembly (46), which is configured to transfer torque of the electric motor to the housing. Thus, during operation of the motor, the exemplary pulley rotates the housing in relation to a support structure (14) to which the motorized pulley is mounted. To improve the dissipation of heat generated during operation of the motor, the motor is thermally coupled to the frame (14). Additionally, the rotor shaft (40) of the exemplary motorized pulley (20) extends into the external environment surrounding the pulley, thereby facilitating the operation of a machine element (31) located externally with respect to the pulley (20) via the electric motor (34) disposed within the pulley (20).

摘要： Disclosed is a heat-resistant laminated conveyor belt which comprises a core obtained by impregnating a woven aramid fiber fabric with a fluororesin dispersion and drying and burning the dispersion to coat the fabric with the fluororesin and a reinforcement layer formed on the core through an adhesive layer. The reinforcement layer is obtained by impregnating a stretchable woven aramid fiber fabric with a fluororesin dispersion and drying and burning the dispersion. The woven aramid fiber fabric of the core is a fabric woven with a plain-weave seamless weaving machine or a cylindrical weaving machine, the woven fabric including an S twist weft and a Z twist weft which have been alternately arranged.
