    • Provided is a resin composition having excellent weather resistance, in which occurrence of initial coloration, bleeding and blooming is suppressed. The resin composition is characterized by comprising, with respect to 100 parts by mass of (A) an olefin-based resin: 0.05 to 0.3 parts by mass of (B) a hindered amine-based light stabilizer; 0.05 to 0.3 parts by mass of (C) a benzoate compound represented by the following Formula (1); and 0.001 to 0.01 parts by mass of (D) a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber represented by the following Formula (2): (wherein, R 1 and R 2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms or the like; and R 3 represents an alkyl group having 8 to 30 carbon atoms) (wherein, R 4 and R 5 each independently represent, for example, a hydrogen atom; R 6 and R 7 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms; R 8 and R 9 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms).

    • An object of the present invention is to provide an agro-horticultural soil cover film that reflects visible light, absorbs infrared light, reflects the light necessary for plant growth towards the plant side, and absorbs heat-generating infrared light to warm the soil without increasing the temperature of the air inside a greenhouse or the like. The agro-horticultural soil cover film has a white-light reflecting layer that includes a white-light reflecting material, and an infrared light absorbing layer that includes microparticles of an infrared absorbing material. The microparticles of the infrared absorbing material are at least one of tungsten oxide microparticles and composite tungsten oxide microparticles, wherein the tungsten oxide microparticles are indicated by the general formula WO X (2.45 = X = 2.999); and the composite tungsten oxide microparticles are indicated by the general formula M Y WO Z (0.001 = Y = 1.0, 2.2 = Z = 3.0), and have a hexagonal crystal structure.
