摘要： An process and apparatus for packaging a product arranged on a support (4) is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a packaging assembly (8) configured for tightly fixing one or more film sheets (18) to one or more supports. The packaging assembly (8) includes a lower tool (22) comprising at least an inner wall defining a prefixed number of seats for receiving the supports, and an upper tool (21) facing the lower tool and comprising a film holding plate (36) configured for holding the one or more film sheets, the film holding plate having a respective active surface (37) configured for receiving the one or more film sheets (18), at least the upper and lower tools (21, 22) cooperating to define a packaging chamber (24). The packaging assembly (8) is configured to operate at least in a first operating condition, where said packaging chamber is open to receive the one or more film sheets, and in a second operating condition, where said packaging chamber is hermetically closed. The film holding plate (36) has a lateral surface extending substantially perpendicular to a plane defined by the active surface (37), the film holding plate (36) comprising a plurality of ejectors (36c) arranged in the lateral surface, each of the plurality of ejectors being configured for ejecting a stream of gas in a direction substantially parallel to said plane and substantially away from a center of the active surface (37). The process includes the step of activating ejection of a plurality of streams of gas around a perimeter of the film holder and over a peripheral portion of cut film sheets in a direction substantially parallel to a plane defined by the cut film sheet and away from a center of the cut film sheet, in order to position and/or maintain the peripheral portion substantially within the plane of the cut film sheet.

摘要： A device (3) for sealing and cutting a film (21) in a packaging apparatus (1) is provided. Further, a packaging apparatus (1) comprising the sealing and cutting device (3) and a process for sealing and cutting using the device are provided. The device (3) comprises first (31) and second (31) members, one or both of which are movable with respect to the other or one another. One of the members comprises an elongated blade (315) and one of the members comprises a cutting means (313a) , wherein the cutting means (313a) are positionable in a plurality of positions with respect to the respective member. The process comprises the steps of creating a first seal on a tubular film (21), thereby creating a semi-sealed package(22), creating a second seal (218) on the semi-sealed package (22), thereby creating a sealed package (23), and creating a substantially transversal cut in the tubular film (21), thereby separating the (semi) sealed package (22, 23) from a subsequent portion of the tubular film (21). The process further comprises the step of creating an incision (214) in a section of the first or second seal (218), the incision defining a pre-determined breaking zone (216) in the tubular film (21) of the sealed package (23).

摘要： It is disclosed a machine for vacuum skin packaging a product arranged on a support. The support has a sidewall with at least one hole. The machine comprises a first film transfer plate configured for holding a film sheet, heating the film sheet, bringing the film sheet to a position above the support with the product arranged thereon and air tightly fixing the film sheet to the support. The machine also comprises a vacuum arrangement for removing air from within the support underneath the film sheet through the at least one hole. The first film transfer plate is configured to release the film sheet thereby allowing the film sheet to be drawn into the support while the vacuum arrangement is removing air from within the support.
