The method for transmitting the control channel is applied to the network side device. The method for transmitting the control channel includes: acquiring indicating information for indicating a terminal type; and when the indicating information indicates that the terminal type is a first terminal type, transmitting the control channel to the terminal with the first terminal type in multiple sub-frames. Through the technical solutions provided by the present invention, the technical problems that a downlink control channel cannot be transmitted repeatedly and the like in the related arts are solved, so that a network side can distinguish the terminal in a low-coverage environment to transmit the control channel, and the terminal which demands coverage promotion can be ensured to receive control information from a base station correctly, thereby ensuring the data transmission of the terminal.

By setting the long code masks of the non-speaking user's reverse channel to be the same, the present invention effectively solves the problem that the reverse resource is limited in CDMA trunking communication system, thus effectively prevents the collision in transmitting the reverse signaling, and improves the reliability of transmitting the reverse signaling in CDMAtrunking communication system.
