摘要： A flushing mechanism for a dual flush cistern system comprises a float assembly (1) comprising a hollow valve stemn (2) carrying a sealing valve (3) for sealing the outlet opening of the cistern at or towards one end and being open at each end to define an overflow passage and a float (6) fixedly attached around the valve stem (2), a cylindrical guide member (7) surrounding the float (6) and having at the end adjacent the sealing valve at least one opening to allow liquid to pass to the outlet opening, an operating rod (17) arranged to move vertically upward to raise the float assembly (1) to open the vavle (3), first and second operating means (25, 26) arranged to effect such vertical movement of the operating rod (17), the first operating means (25), on operation, being arranged to raise the float assembly (1) a first distance to a level which the float assembly (1) is buoyant, and the second operating means (26) being arranged to raise the float assembly (1) a second distance, less than the first distance to a level at which the float assembly (1) is not buoyant, whereby when the first operating means (25) is operated and released, a first predetermined quantity of liquid flows from the cistern, and when the second operating means (26) is operated and released a second, smaller, predetermined quantity of liquid flows from the cistern.

摘要： The present invention prevents leakage of washing water by supplying water in a sealed side. A feed pipe supplies water, which is introduced from an outside water source to the toilet bowl. A reservoir tank receives the washing water, the reservoir being made of an extendable and contractable material, the reservoir having a plurality of branch pipes of which one end extends from the reservoir toward an outside, respectively. Valve means opens an opening or shuts the branch pipes in order to provide the water, which is supplied from the outside water source through the feed pipe, to the branch pipe. An expandable protecting cover attaches to an outer surface of the reservoir tank, wherein the other ends of the branch pipes communicates with the valve means which are arranged at positions outside of the reservoir tank one end of the feed pipe communicates with the toilet bowl and the other end of the feed pipe communicates with the valve means, the exhaust pipe is in communication with the valve means and the other end of the feed pipe communicates with the toilet stool.

摘要： Disclosed is a flushing device comprising an evacuation fitting (6) that is provided with a sealing member (7) within a pressurized container (2). The sealing member (7) is lifted counter to the pressure of a piston (16) in order to initiate the flushing process. A connecting device (39) for a water pipe (24) is disposed on the container (2). The inventive flushing device further comprises means (49, 50) for flushing with a partial quantity of the flushing water. For example, said means (49, 50) are provided with a power-loaded part (50) which moves the valve member (7) down onto the valve seat (5) of the evacuation fitting (6) when the flushing process is interrupted. In an alternative embodiment, two chambers are provided, only one of which is emptied during partial flushing. Flushing water can be conserved by the fact that the flushing process can be interrupted.

摘要： There is described a valve arrangement which in one form is an inlet valve (60) or in another form is a dual flush valve (2). The valves may be used in a variety of situations but find particular application in a cistern for providing water to flush a toilet bowl or similar. The valve arrangement (2) comprises a flushing tube (100) or a pair of flushing tubes (14, 18) which can move axially. One end of the tubes (100, 18) is sealed to an outlet (9). The tubes are provided with rings or collars (16, 22) which co-operatively engage with locking edges (48, 50) of floats (40, 44) to control movement of the tubes (100, 14, 18). The floats (40, 44) are mounted off-centre or in a position spaced apart from their respective centres of gravity so that they are free to move under the effects of gravity and the effects of lift provided by buoyancy of the floats. In operation the sequential effects of gravity and buoyancy cause the floats to hold the tubes in position and then release the tubes thereby allowing selective flushing positions.
