摘要： Eine Zentriermaschine für optische Linsen (L) umfasst zwei Zentrierspindeln (22, 30), deren drehend angetriebene Zentrierspindelwellen (24, 34) bezüglich einer Zentrierachse (C) axial fluchten und endseitig Spannglocken (36, 38) aufnehmen, eine Hubeinrichtung (44), mittels der eine Zentrierspindelwelle bezüglich der anderen Zentrierspindelwelle zum Ausrichten der Linse zwischen den Spannglocken entlang der Zentrierachse axial zustellbar ist, eine Spanneinrichtung (50) zum Aufbringen einer die ausgerichtete Linse spannenden Spannkraft an einer Zentrierspindelwelle, und wenigstens eine relativ zur Zentrierachse bewegbare Bearbeitungseinheit mit einem Werkzeug für eine Randbearbeitung der gespannten Linse. Um einen optimierten Glockenspannprozess zu ermöglichen, sind ein Drehantrieb (48) für die axial zustellbare Zentrierspindelwelle und die Hubeinrichtung koaxial bezüglich der Zentrierachse angeordnet, so dass aufgrund der bezüglich der Zentrierachse zentrierten Anordnung des Drehantriebs an der Zentrierspindelwelle lediglich ein Drehmoment um die Zentrierachse erzeugbar ist, ohne Einbringung einer Querkraft in die Zentrierspindelwelle.

摘要： Eine Bearbeitungseinheit (58), insbesondere für eine Zentriermaschine für Werkstücke, namentlich optische Linsen, hat eine ein Schleifspindelgehäuse aufweisende Schleifspindel, an der eine Schleifscheibe (G) als Werkzeug drehbar gehalten ist, sowie eine Kühlschmierstoff-Versorgungseinrichtung (98) für die Zufuhr eines Kühlschmierstoffs zu der Schleifscheibe. Die Kühlschmierstoff-Versorgungseinrichtung weist einen zumindest mittelbar an dem Schleifspindelgehäuse gehaltenen, auf einer Umfangsfläche (U) der Schleifscheibe sitzenden Zuführschuh (178) auf, welcher eine der Schleifscheibe zugewandte Sitzfläche (180) hat, die eine zur Umfangsfläche der Schleifscheibe im Wesentlichen komplementäre Form besitzt und mittig mit einer taschenartigen Vertiefung (182) versehen ist, in die der Kühlschmierstoff unter Druck zuführbar ist. Dabei ist ein Federmechanismus (184) vorgesehen, mittels dessen der Zuführschuh mit seiner Sitzfläche gegen die Umfangsfläche der Schleifscheibe vorgespannt ist. Die so ausgebildete Kühlschmierstoff-Versorgungseinrichtung bewirkt insbesondere in einer Zentriermaschine eine verbesserte Zufuhr des Kühlschmierstoffs zum Eingriffsbereich zwischen Werkzeug und Werkstück.
