摘要： An electro-mechanical actuator (1) including a plurality of motors (2, 3) for driving an output shaft (10). The actuator may be incorporated into a window lift mechanism (30), such as a mechanism including a dual rack and pinion assembly (1314). According to another aspect of the invention there is provided a variety of anti-back-drive mechanisms, e.g. clutches. A clutch according to one embodiment includes locking pawls (1616, 1618) that resist back-drive. In another embodiment, locking cams (2108) rotate relative to a carrier (2106) to resist back-drive. An actuator consistent with the invention may incorporate an impact mechanism (2616) including a flexible carrier (2618). The carrier (2106) flexes to prevent impact forces at an output gear train (2610, 2612) from coupling to an input gear train (2604, 2606).

摘要： Eine elektromotorische Verstellanordnung (10) zur Höhenverstellung einer Tischplatte (11), die mit wenigstens zwei rotierend antreibbaren Spindeln ausgerüstet ist, soll so gestaltet werden, daß sie in konstruktiv einfacher Weise als Höhenverstelleinrichtung genutzt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Spindeln mit einem zwischen den Spindeln angeordneten Antriebsmotor antriebstechnisch gekoppelt und gegen eine Verschiebung in ihrer Längsrichtung gesichert. An die Spindelmuttern sind direkt oder indirekt flexible Zugstränge angeschlossen, die über Umlenkrollen geführt und deren freie Enden an Hubprofilen (12, 13) festgelegt sind, die winklig, vorzugsweise rechtwinklig, zum zu verstellenden Bauteil stehen. Sofern die Verstellanordnung (10) mit zwei Spindeln ausgerüstet ist, stehen diese fluchtend zueinander, wobei die Steigungen der fluchtenden Spindeln gegenläufig sind. Die Steigungen der beiden Spindeln können auch gleichsinnig sein, wobei dann die Drehrichtungen der Spindeln gegenläufig sind. Die erfindungsgemäße elektromotorische Verstellanordnung ist besonders zur Höhenverstellung von Tischplatten geeignet.

摘要： A hand power tool comprises an electric motor 40 having a rare earth permanent magnet rotor 3 and a polyphase wound stator 4 within a totally enclosed body 5, which in turn is mounted within a housing 2 of the hand tool. The rotor 3 is covered with a thermally and electrically insulative sleeve 12. Primary and secondary output shafts 42 and 49 rotate in the same sense, but one at twice the speed of the other. Thus, no bearings in the motor have to deal with an angular speed greater than half the actual rotor speed. Associated with the motor 1 is electronic control circuitry arranged to generate a polyphase alternating supply and to connect that supply to the stator 4, thereby to produce a rotating magnetic field. Means are disclosed of cooling the rotor, and various electronic circuit configurations are disclosed, for the motor control.
