Zur Abdichtung der jeweils aufeinanderfolgenden Ventilträgermodule (2a) sind in dem Fügebereich zwischen diesen Ventilträgermodulen (2a) eine den Signalübertragungskanal (64) umrahmende Innendichtung (83) und darüber hinaus eine die Innendichtung (83) mit Abstand umrahmende Außendichtung (82) angeordnet. Diese zweifache Anordnung von Dichtungen bildet ein redundantes Abdichtsystem für den Signalübertragungskanal (64).
