摘要： The present invention relates to a method for painting non-polar, in particular polyolefin plastic substrates, comprising the steps:

1. applying a pigmented paint layer consisting of a colour- and/or effect-imparting coating composition directly to the plastic substrate and
2. curing the pigmented paint layer thus obtained,
wherein the applied colour- and/or effect-imparting coating composition comprises

A) 30 to 90% by weight of a conventional colour- and/or effect-imparting coating composition constitution, containing

Aa) at least one binder,
Ab) at least one colour and/or effect pigment,
Ac) at least one organic solvent and/or water and
Ad) optionally, conventional paint additives and

B) 10 to 70% by weight of an adhesion-promoting constitution, containing

Ba) at least one ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer,
Bb) at least one chlorinated rubber,
Bc) at least one chlorinated polyolefin and
Bd) optionally, organic solvents and/or water and conventional paint additives,

wherein the sum of the portions of components A) and B) makes up 100% by weight.

摘要： A pressure sensitive adhesive composition for attaching a solar module to a substrate includes an uncured rubbery polymer blend, at least one of a tackifier or a curing agent blend, and a polybutene homopolymer. The tackifier includes a phenolic tackifier resin and the curing agent blend includes at least one of a cure accelerator, a sulfur activator, and a curing vulcanizing agent. The composition exhibits initial tackiness when uncured and high strength when cured. The composition is cured in situ on the substrate.

摘要： A binder resin composition is provided which retains satisfactory low-temperature flowability and coating film performances and has a lower cost. A binder resin solution composition including: (a) a resin obtained by mixing a chlorinated polyolefin (I) obtained by chlorinating to a chlorine content of 10 to 40% by weight an isotactic polypropylene polymer produced in the presence of a metallocene catalyst, the isotactic polypropylene polymer having a molecular weight distribution of 3 or lower and a melting point as measured with a differential scanning calorimeter of 110 to 140°C; with a carboxyl-containing chlorinated polyolefin (II) obtained by chlorinating to a chlorine content of 10 to 40% by weight a carboxyl-containing polyolefin obtained by grafting 1 to 10% by weight at least one unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer selected from a carboxylic acid and a carboxylic acid anhydride onto an isotactic polypropylene polymer produced with a titanium catalyst in a weight ratio (I)/(II) of from 5/95 to 50/50; and (b) an organic solvent, in which the composition has a solid concentration of 10 to 50% by weight.

摘要： Uncured adhesive elastomeric compositions are provided comprising an unsaturated polymeric dicarboxylic acid or derivative adduct and an elastomer. These compositions are capable of adhesion to a broad, general range of materials and are useful for bonding elastomers to other elastomers, to plastic materials, to metal, fabrics, fibers, paper and miscellaneous substrates. These materials can also be bonded to each other using a film or spreadable liquid comprised of a composition of this invention and curing said film or liquid in contact with said substrates.

摘要： A solvent based contact adhesive suitable for bonding cured EPDM membranes is disclosed. The adhesive includes a crosslinked halogenated butyl rubber, a low molecular weight, high softening point, thermoplastic aliphatic-type-based hydrocarbon resin and at least one organic solvent employed as a dispersion medium for the crosslinked halogenated butyl rubber and the resin. The disclosed adhesive exhibits superior heat aging and hot water immersion properties which are significant characteristics in roof applications.

摘要： Rubbery polymer compositions, e.g. based on chlorobutyl rubber, having improved adhesion to mineral substrates such as glass or metal, are produced by a stepwise reaction sequence. In a first stage the rubbery polymer is reacted with a reactive silane such as an amino trialkoxy silane, in a second stage the product is mixed with an epoxy resin, and in a third stage a further amount of reactive silane is reacted with the epoxy containing compound.
