摘要： The yarn feed device (1) provides a first intermediate yarn guide (20) allowing the yarn to form at least one arc of tangency to the side surface (40) of a feed member (4) in continuous rotation, in such a way that the yarn (10) only adheres to the yarn feed device (1) when the former is under tension on being required by the needle. The side surface (40) is provided with an annular region (42) of upwardly increasing diameter. Furthermore, the position of the first intermediate yarn guide (20) may be moved rotatably under control around the feed member (4), thereby changing at will the length of the arc of tangency of the yarn (10) to the feed member (4).

摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing a combined yarn bundle including the steps of bringing the two or more carbon fiber precursor yarns which travel in approximately parallel to one another into contact with a first roller at a wrap angle of 20° or more; then splitting the two or more carbon fiber precursor yarns into two to be brought into contact with a pair of second rollers, so that the carbon fiber precursor yarns are rotated approximately 90° between the first roller and the pair of second rollers; next, sequentially bringing the carbon fiber precursor yarns delivered from one second roller into contact with a third front roller and a third rear roller, and also bringing the carbon fiber precursor yarns delivered from the other second roller into contact with the third rear roller without bringing them into contact with the third front roller, so that these carbon fiber precursor yarns are combined on the third rear roller; and thereafter, bringing the carbon fiber precursor yarns delivered from the third rear roller into contact with a fourth roller to obtain a combined yarn bundle, so that a ratio of a distance L between axes of the first roller and of the pair of second rollers to a yarn width W of the carbon fiber precursor yarn on the first roller, L/W, is 18 or more and a tension of the combined yarn bundle after delivered from the fourth roller is 0.11 cN/dtex or more.

摘要： The invention relates to a device for melt-spinning and winding synthetic threads, comprising a spinning device, a treatment device and a winding machine. The treatment device is provided with a take-off godet for guiding the threads before the threads are fed and distributing the threads to a plurality of winding points in the winding machine. The take-off godet is disposed above the winding machine and guides the threads on the circumference such that the threads run parallel next to each other. The take-off godet is arranged transversely to a winding spindle, above the winding machine.
