摘要： The method is applicable to a rewinding station comprising a first mandrel (1) and a second mandrel (2) associated with respective first and second motors for rotating in the same direction so that a web (L) wound around the first mandrel (1) is unwound from same and rewound on the second mandrel (2) with an amount of tension that can be adjusted by the adjustment method which comprises controlling the speed of the second motor. Said method is a sensor-less open-loop adjustment method and comprises performing speed control on the second motor with rotational torque limited to calculated values. The adjustment system, the computer program and the machine are suitable for implementing the method of the invention.

摘要： In a sheet aligning apparatus (B1), a sheet (S1) is conveyed from a conveying-in path (r11) into a sheet storing section (12) through an open end portion and the leading end of the sheet comes in with a stop member (123). Thereafter, when a shifting section (YS) shifts the stop member from an initial position (P0) to a first position (P1), the sheet is shifted inversely together with the stop member and the back end of the sheet proceeds as the inversed leading end from the open end portion to a conveying-out path so that a succeeding sheet (S2) is allowed to be conveyed from the conveying-in path into the open end portion. When the sheet is shifted inversely, a shift regulating section regulates the shift of the sheet in such a way that the back end of the sheet is prevented from proceeding more than a predetermined distance (L1) due to the inertia of the shift.

摘要： A control method based on a single-power caching mechanism. The single-power caching mechanism comprises an active coiling block (11), a driving motor (10), passive coiling blocks (4, 8), and a tape coiling (2). The active coiling block (11) is disposed on the driving motor (10). The active roiling block (11) and the passive coiling blocks (4, 8) are connected through the tape coiling (2). The control method comprises the following steps: 1) when the driving motor (10) needs to be shut down, detecting a rotational inertia I 1 of the active coiling block (11), a semidiameter R of the active coiling block (11), a semidiameter r of the passive coiling blocks (4, 8), and a rotational inertia I 2 of the passive coiling blocks (4, 8); and 2) controlling a breaking torque of the driving motor to be M 1 ‰¤I 1 ×r×M 2 /(I 2 ×R), M 2 being a torsional moment of the passive coiling blocks. Also disclosed is a control system based on a single-power caching mechanism. When the breaking torque M 1 of the driving motor is controlled to be smaller than or equal to I 1 ×r×M 2 /(I 2 ×R), it can be ensured that the active coiling block and the passive coiling blocks remain a same operation state in a process of reducing the speed until they are static completely, rotational distances are equal and the tape coiling is straightened.
