A heating medium (F) supplied through a heating medium inlet (2) flows through heating channels (8) only once, and then flows out through a heating medium outlet (3) to an outside.

摘要： On a blade for wind power generation that has a lightning receptor, an object is to prevent lightning from striking a boundary between the blade and the lightning receptor as much as possible. The blade 3 for wind power generation includes a lightning receptor 31 configured to form a part of the surface of the blade 3, and a lightning receiving protrusion 4 that protrudes outward from the surface of the lightning receptor. The lightning receiving protrusion 4 is provided to a surface boundary 32 between the blade 30 and the lightning receptor 31. The surface boundary 32a configured to protect against the lightning is positioned within a radius of a circle 5, which is centered on a tip of the lightning receiving protrusion 4 and which has a radius of twice the length of the lightning receiving protrusion 4. A point where electric field concentration on the surface of the lightning receptor is greatest is moved from the boundary to the tip of the lightning receiving protrusion, so as to significantly reduce a possibility of blade damage associated with lightning striking the boundary when being stroke by the lightning.

Particularly, there is provided a method for producing a resin composition, comprising melting and kneading a thermoplastic resin having a transition temperature of less than 200°C and a powder with a twin-screw kneading extruder, wherein the powder is one or more powders selected from the group consisting of an inorganic filler having an apparent density of 0.1 to 1.5 g/ml and a thermoplastic resin powder having an apparent density of 0.1 to 1.0 g/ml and a transition temperature of 200°C or more, the thermoplastic resin having a transition temperature of less than 200°C is supplied from a supply port to the twin-screw kneading extruder, the powder is supplied from a gravimetric feeder to the twin-screw kneading extruder through a screw type side feeder, a transport capacity of the screw type side feeder is 2 times or more an effective volume of the powder per unit time, and in the twin-screw kneading extruder, melting and kneading are performed under conditions in which resin pressure in a first kneading zone is 1 MPa or more, and resin pressure in a second kneading zone is less than 3 MPa, and gas is removed from a vent port.
