摘要： The invention relates to a piston system (10) for a vehicle brake system, in particular to a pedal simulating device for said vehicle brake system. The inventive piston system comprises a rod (12) which extends in a longitudinal axis direction (A) and a piston disc (14) which is formed on the piston rod (12) and extends in a radial direction. Said piston disc (14) comprises a radial external area (16) provided with a radial groove (24) which is open to the outside and receives or can receive a sealer (26). According to said invention, said sealer consists of a flexible sealing ring (26) which is insertable or can be inserted into the radial groove (24) with an axial (a) and a radial (r) clearances. The external diameter (DR) of said sealing ring (26) is larger than the external diameter (DR) of the piston disc (14) which is provided with at least one vent hole (28) leading to the radial groove (24).

摘要： The invention relates to a brake power generator (12; 12a; 12b) for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system (10) comprising a force input member that is coupled to a brake pedal, a housing (20), and a primary piston (60) which can be displaced within the housing (20) and encloses a primary pressure chamber (78) for generating a hydraulic brake pressure along with the housing, a pedal-simulating device that is coupled to the force input member (22), a device (90) for detecting pedal actuation, and an actuation force booster stage for applying an actuation force onto the primary piston (60). The force input member (22) is mechanically decoupled from the primary piston (60) during normal operation while the actuation force booster stage applies an actuation force onto the primary piston (60) according to the detected pedal actuation, the force input member (22) being coupled in a force-transducing manner to the primary piston (60) in case the actuation force booster stage fails. The primary piston of the brake power generator is provided with a contacting extension (64) which extends to the force input member (22). Said contacting extension (64) is kept at a distance from the force input member (22) by means of an air gap (s) during normal operation while the force input member (22) rests in a force-transducing manner against the contacting extension after penetrating the air gap (s) in case the actuation force booster stage fails.

The movement mechanism has a ball screw drive (SM) with a rotatable spindle and a nut which can be moved in the housing (BG) in a linear manner. The nut can be moved within the housing (BG) in order to move the actuator (BK) by rotating the spindle, and the transmission arrangement has at least two transmission stages (GS1, GS2, GS3). In the motor vehicle brake, the self-locking device (SHV) is arranged in or on the transmission arrangement (GS1, GS2, GS3) such that at least two transmission stages (GS2, GS3) are arranged between the ball screw drive (SM) and the self-locking device (SHV).

According to the invention, to obtain the reactive behaviour, a negative pressure that has occurred or accumulated in the working chamber (144) reduces by means of the impingement device when the pedal (12) is actuated.
