摘要： The invention relates to side-lid-type cigarette packs comprising a box part (10), a lid (11), a collar (12), and a tongue (43) which is disposed on a narrow sidewall (30) of the lid (1), across from a sidewall (31) that has a linear joint (32) to the box part (10). According to the invention, the tongue (43) is arranged on the free edge of an outer lateral lid flap (26) of the double-layered sidewall (30) and is folded inwards. Said tongue (43) maintains the lid (11) in the closed position by penetrating or locking into an opening (44) of a sidewall (39) of the collar (12). During the production, the cuts, i.e. a pack cut (13) and the collar (12), are fed to an insertion station (58) of a folding revolver (50) on separate webs, i.e. a cut web (59) and a collar web (61) and are then joined together in a relative position corresponding to the pack, especially by transversally moving the collar. The cut (13) and the collar (12) are then jointly introduced into a pocket (52) of the folding revolver (50) such that folding flaps of the cut and the collar are raised.

摘要： The invention relates to an apparatus for, and a method of, producing blanks (10) for an inner wrapper of a cigarette group (12). The blanks (10) here are severed from a continuous material web (24) which is provided at predetermined intervals with printing (21). The position of the printing (21) here is checked via a printed-mark reader (43) assigned to the material web (24) and, in order to compensate for incorrect positioning, the speed of the material web (24) is altered. According to the invention, it is provided that, prior to the blanks (10) being severed, the material web (24) is guided through a stamping device (60), in which case the material web (24) is provided with stamped regions or stamped formations (22) which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the material web (24) and, in order to compensate for incorrect positioning, the web speed is varied, whereas the material web (24) is guided freely through the stamping device (60) in order for non-stamped regions (61) to be produced. This solution has the advantage that the stamping speed of the stamping device need not be altered together with the web speed upon compensation for incorrect positioning of the material web. It is thus possible to vary the web speed while the stamping device continues operating at an unchanged speed, coupled to the timing of the machine. The invention also deals with measures for converting existing packaging machines.

摘要： A cigarette pack configured in the form of a sealed pack consists of an inner pack configured in the form of a sheet-material block (11) and of an outer pack (25) configured in the form of a hinge-lid box. An opening aid (18) of the sheet-material block (11) is provided with a removal opening (19) which is formed in the manner of an open aperture, by punching, during production of a blank for the sheet-material block (11), in particular in the region of a continuous sheet-material web. Said removal opening (19), which is free from the outset, is closed by a closure flap (20) which, on account of appropriate glue connection, can be opened and closed repeatedly. The closure flap (20) is preferably connected on a permanent basis, via an actuating flap (24), to the inner side of a lid front wall (31) of the outer pack (25).
