摘要： Provided is an absorbent article that is capable of solving the problems regarding absorption capacity of a conventional absorbent article and the problems that occur due to a wearer's skin being exposed to a moist condition over an extended period of time. The absorbent article including: an absorbent article body that has a leak preventer in sheet form and an absorber capable of absorbing a bodily fluid, at least one layer thereof being arranged above the leak preventer; and a connection structure that is arranged from a front end part to a rear end part of the absorbent article body in the length direction via a front body, a crotch part and a rear body, the connection structure coupling to the absorbent article body at the front end part and the rear end part, wherein the connection structure has a pair of right and left belt-like supporters and a connection sheet, right and left edge parts of the connection sheet respectively coupling to the pair of right and left belt-like supporters, the connection sheet is configured to hang down, on the underside of the belt-like supporters, toward the absorber in the front body, the crotch part and the rear body, so as to form a bodily fluid reception canal with the vicinities of the right and left edge parts of the connection sheet serving as side surfaces and the vicinity of a center part of the connection sheet in the lateral direction serving as a bottom surface, and the bodily fluid reception canal enables the bodily fluid excreted from a wearer to be received and transferred to the absorber.

摘要： Provided is an absorbent article that has less of a feeling of restraint at the time of wearing and in which the occurrence of hot and stuffy state and rashes is suppressed. The absorbent article including: a leak preventer in sheet form; an absorber capable of absorbing a bodily fluid, wherein at least one layer thereof is arranged above the leak preventer; a surface sheet that covers at least a part of an upper surface of the absorber and that includes a liquid impermeable area at at least a part thereof; and a pair of right and left floating leg gathers that are arranged, above the absorber, from a front end part to a rear end part in a length direction of a body of the absorbent article via a front body, a crotch part and a rear body, wherein the floating leg gather has a head part and a hanging part that connects to the head part, wherein a front end part and a rear end part of the floating leg gather are respectively coupled to the vicinity of the front end part and the vicinity of the rear end part of the body of the absorbent article, the hanging part hanging down from the head part toward the absorber; and wherein a transferring passage for bodily fluids is formed by coupling each of the hanging parts of the pair of right and left floating leg gathers to the surface sheet.
